* Irish Pub Salad
Cashel, an Irish blue cheese, adds a creamy texture and sweet, slightly tangy flavor to this classic main-course salad. If you have trouble finding Cashel, you can substitute a mild blue cheese, Roquefort or Irish cheddar.
(7 grams)

* Dubliner Cheese Tart
Similar to a quiche, this traditional Irish tart can be enjoyed as a main course with a salad or cut into 12 slices and served as a satisfying side dish.
(2.5 grams)

* Irish Coffee
