* Golden Original bread – 10g total carbs, 6g net carbs (per slice)

* Rosemary Walnut bread – 9g total carbs, 4g net carbs (per slice)
* Plain bagel – 25g total carbs, 13g net carbs
* Asiago cheese bagel – 20g total carbs, 11g net carbs
* Italian herb breadstick – 13g total carbs, 6g net carbs

“To make a lower-carb bread that delivers full flavor and excellent texture, we begin with a formula that is high in protein and fiber, then incorporate traditional artisan techniques, including our all-natural starter and an extended fermentation process of up to 18 hours,” says Mike Marino, Panera Bread master artisan baker. “Baked from scratch each day using the same baking techniques that we use on our other award-winning artisan breads, these lower-carb breads have an authentic taste and texture that is superior to other lower-carb breads on the market.”
