NY-style low-carb cheesecake doesn’t disappoint

luscious-cheesecake.jpgLuscious Living has launched a new low-carb “SophistiCake” cheesecake that CarbWire recently sampled. The New York-style cheesecake has zero net carbs — but you would never know it.

While crustless as you may expect, and with just a hint of Splenda aftertaste, the SophistiCake cheesecake is as good as it gets when it comes to carb-less deserts — it looks, feels and tastes nearly identical to the best cheesecake you can find.

Overall, a highly recommended low-carb option for your sweet tooth. You can get a 2-pack of SophistiCakes for $36.99 or a 3-pack for $49.99. Luscious Living said it will begin selling strawberry, key lime, chocolate, and cappuccino cheesecakes later this summer.
