Jamaican jerk pork loin

Jamaican jerk is one of those flavors that really hits the spot from time to time (it’s also hard to describe, but we’re sure you’ll like it) so this recipe for Jamaican jerk pork loin sounds just fantastic. With no to little carbs it sounds even better. If you’re not a fan of pork, chicken will work just as well.

* 2 tablespoons Jamaican jerk seasoning in a jar (pick a brand with low carbs and sugars)
* 1/4 cup canola oil
* 4 pounds boneless pork loin
