Cook prime rib at home

Posted by jonknee on September 29 in Low-carb Recipes

For some reason we tend to have prime rib only when dining out, but it's actually pretty simple to make at home. Served with au jus and some steamed veggies it's a hard meal to beat.

We have looked at lots of recipies and they all start with a really hot oven, pretty basic preparation and different ways to season the meat. Our advice, buy a high quality cut and let the beef do the talking.
