Low-carb alcoholic drinks

This is the season that everone begins to drink just a tad more then they usually do. So what alcohol can you drink and with what? Keep in mind, most alochols have no carbs, the problem is when you start mixing things. Also, drinking too much alcohol will soak up all the food you have ingested and turn it into fat, which is not good.

As most dieters already know, Vodka will be your best bet, just watch out when you begin throwing in Sprite and other flavored drinks. Brandy and Cognac also have no carbs. Low-carb beers typically have a low-percentage of alcohol, so it can be tough to keep carbohydrate consumption down while at the same time as keeping pace with your friends.
