Sticking with low-carb through Christmas

Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb has a great post giving us 7 tips to get through this holiday season with a breeze. I know I’ll be having a hard time with all the great food that’ll be at this years family table!

bq. Stay away from sugary sodas, punch, and alcoholic beverages if at all possible. Instead, drink water, diet soda, or even unsweetened tea with Splenda to enjoy a much healthier alternative drink. The wasted carbs that are consumed in beverages can singlehandedly cause your weight to go up rather than down through the holidays. Be cautious and don’t let this happen!
