Chinese food is at the top of my favorite foods list and once I saw this headline, I defintely had to read this article. With all the noodles, rice, sweet sauce and hot sauces, what exactly can you eat? Laura Dolson has written an extensive article on what exactly you can eat a carb controlled Chinese meal!

Foods to avoid:

* Rice, including fried rice and steamed rice
* Noodles, including chow mein, lo mein, and chow fun
* Wontons, including the deep-fried type sometimes on tables
* Breaded Meats, such as in General Tso
