Fill yourself up with a granola bar!

One bar has 150 calories, 5 grams of fat (8% of recommended daily amounts), 1 gram saturated fat, 1 gram sugar and 12 grams of protein (and 3 grams of impact carbs if you’re actually on a low carb diet). This is great as a high protein snack – if you’re into that sort of thing. There’s also approximately 15% of a few vitamins and minerals. This bar seems more like it should be marketed more as a protein bar than a breakfast bar. I still think I would rather have a bowl of cereal for breakfast, which gives approximately the same amount of calories, than eat a bar, but this may be good for a snack – instead of chips.
