Low-Carb German Chocolate Cake Recipe

Special thanks to Lora Ruffner from Low-Carb Luxury for sharing this EXCELLENT Low-Carb German Chocolate Cake recipe. Mmmmm, my mouth is watering already and it only has about 8g net carbs per slice!


1 cup oat flour
1/2 cup vital wheat gluten
1/2 cup Wise Choice Cake-ability Baking Aid
1 cup almond flour
1/2 cup Dutch processed cocoa
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1/2 cup Splenda
1/4 cup Diabetisweet or Maltitol
1/4 cup erythritol
1/2 teaspoon salt
8 large egg whites (at room temperature)
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 cup DaVinci Gourmet Sugarfree German Chocolate Cake flavor syrup
1/2 cup whipping cream
4 large egg yolks
1/3 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
