Popular Low-Carb Magazine Changes Name

You might have noticed a “new” low-carb magazine on the shelves of your favorite store recently called SheKnows LowCarb. Actually, this magazine isn’t new at all.

In January 2006, the magazine formerly known as LowCarb Energy changed its name to SheKnows LowCarb. But the editors promise it is “still the same great magazine you know and love, just under the SheKnows umbrella.”

The SheKnows LowCarb magazine comes out quarterly and is available to purchase on the newstands at the retailers Wal-Mart, Eckerd, Rite Aid, Walgreens and others; grocery store chains including Albertsons, Jewel, Kroger, Publix, Ralphs and Winn-Dixie; health food stores Vitamin World, Whole Foods, and Wild Oats; and bookstores such as Borders, Books-a-Million and Barnes & Noble. Also, subscriptions are available to purchase online at Amazon.com.

Be sure to check out the upcoming April 2006 issue of SheKnows LowCarb magazine where they will run a two-page feature story on my 180-pound low-carb weight loss success story.
