Miracle Muffins Are High In Fiber, Protein And Low-Carb, Too

Those beautiful muffins and brownies you see came from a new high-fiber, high-protein, sugar-free, flour-free and low-carb product called Miracle Muffins.

I previously reviewed these muffins in August 2005, but they now have several new flavors to try, including the Chocolate Black Cherry that I pulled out of my oven last night.

These muffins are VERY easy to make by simply stirring the mix with water and then bake them to perfection. As you can see, they turned out beautifully for me!

Miracle Muffins are quite unique compared with other similar products.

bq. One thing I like about these muffins is that they aren’t too sweet (but you can add more Splenda or a little whipped cream on top if they aren’t sweet enough for you) and the cake-like texture is a welcome difference from most high-fiber food products with the consistency of cardboard.
