I tried my hand at coming up with an original low-carb dessert recipe over the weekend and that little masterpiece you see above is what I am calling a Low-Carb Pound Cake With Chocolate Coconut Pecan Icing (nicknamed the “Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb” cake!).

This rich and filling cake contains lots of fiber and just 5g net carbs per slice. It was a big hit at the office today and I have a feeling I’ll be making this one again real soon. Try it for yourself TODAY!
