Sugar-Free Eat Well Be Well Products Make Whole Grains Healthy

It seems the latest “fad” to hit the food industry in the past few months is whole grains. Everybody and their momma is hyping the fact that their cereal, breakfast bars, and oatmeal products are “healthy” because now all of a sudden they have whole grains in them. What were they before? Hmmm?

But are these whole grain products really that good for you?

bq. With the whole grain craze in full swing now, food companies everywhere are trying to make them taste better in a variety of ways, many of which are decidedly unhealthy for your body. One of the worst things these companies are doing is adding MORE SUGAR to their whole grain breakfast products like cereal, oatmeal, and breakfast bars.

Thankfully there is a new line of healthy whole grain breakfast products from a company called Eat Well Be Well that do not contain any sugar or sugar alcohols, which make them perfect for people maintaining their weight on a low-carb lifestyle as well as for diabetics.

I personally tasted each of these Eat Well Be Well products over the past couple of weeks, including their breakfast cereal, instant oatmeal, breakfast bars, and chocolate bars. I would most certainly recommend anyone looking to increase their whole grain intake while avoiding their sugar intake to give them a try.
