Low-Carb Has Staying Power If You Stick With It

One of the hardest parts of any weight loss program is finding a way to keep your head up when the scale stops moving. I experienced a 10-week period during my weight loss phase where I didn’t lose a single pound!
Too often, though, this can discourage people from continuing on with their low-carb lifestyle despite the fact it has worked well for them up until that point.
I received an e-mail from a lady in late-January who was “desperate” because her weight loss stopped and she wanted to know what she was doing wrong. I assured her at the time that everything was going to be fine as long as she stuck with her low-carb program as if it was working beautifully.
That woman e-mailed me back this week excited about what happened next.
bq. Amazingly, within a week (after e-mailing me) I started losing again and I have now reached my goal and have even gone a little under it.
