With all the doom and gloom headlines we read about these days in the media regarding anything and everything about low-carb living, it makes you wonder if ANYONE still holds this amazing lifestyle change in as high esteem as we have seen in the past. Hello? Anyone?

Well, one Pennsylvanian librarian indeed does because she very highly and enthusiastically recommends two popular low-carb books for people to read who want to lose some extra pounds in time for the summer.
