The hottest low-carb food on the planet — that’s SHIRITAKI noodles for those of you who have been living under a rock this year! — is in high demand as Asian market retailers can’t keep this bestselling product in stock to meet the needs of Americans looking for a low-carb, low-calorie pasta alternative to enjoy in their favorite recipes.

I’m even conducting my own recipe contest featuring Konjac shirataki noodles right now through the month of April and invite people to share their shirataki creations for a chance to win a FREE THREE MONTH SUPPLY OF KONJAC SHIRATAKI NOODLES! The recipes are coming in droves, but yours has as good a chance as any to win, too!

Here’s an excellent recipe featuring Konjac shirataki to kickstart your creative spirit about how to use these Japanese noodles for yourself. ENJOY!
