Don’t Buy The Lie: Low-Carb IS ‘Balanced’

Do you even just a little buy into the notion that low-carb living is not “balanced?” Come on, be honest. We’ve had that message made loud and clear to us and hammered into our heads by the media and health experts over the past few years that it has undoubtedly creeped into the thinking of even some of the supporters of low-carb.

Well, let me tell you, nothing could be further from the truth. Low-carb is an extremely “balanced” diet of all the things that I do need with a healthy “balance” of those very few things that I certainly don’t need.

bq. Do we need to include sugar, white flour, starchy foods, and processed foods to “balance” out our diets? I sure don’t think so and I KNOW I am much better off having eliminated these foods from my diet as much as possible.
