Book Review: The Hamptons Diet Cookbook

Dr. Fred Pescatore, the bestselling author of The Hamptons Diet who recently encouraged people on the low-carb lifestyle that they “have not been abandoned,” has written a highly-anticipated sequel book chock full of over 200 mouthwatering low-carb recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, sides, special occasions and, of course, desserts!

The book is called The Hamptons Diet Cookbook and it just released this week.
