Does that picture above sum up your life right now? It sure does mine as all the precarious twists and turns that come with L-I-F-E have reared their ugly heads this week for me. STRRRRREEEESSSSS!!!!!!

But how you respond to those times when stress becomes intense will determine whether you are the long-term success at your low-carb weight loss that you desire to be.

Don’t do what most people do, though…

bq. You know you’ve done it. Life deals you some blows and you reach for chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream with Hershey’s syrup, candied pecans, whipped cream and a cherry on top. After all, stressed spelled backwards is DESSERTS, so don’t lie, you KNOW you’ve done it and so have I…in the past.
