LL Cool J: Low-Carb’s Most Famous Supporter Is Writing A Fitness Book

While it seems like everyone was puffing their chest just two years ago bragging about being on Atkins or some other low-carb diet, these days most in Hollywood and entertainment steer clear of even mentioning this way of eating anymore with one VERY BIG exception: rapper, actor and soon-to-be health & fitness book author LL Cool J.

bq. It just so happens that the svelte and healthy LL Cool J, whose only song I have heard of is “Mama Said Knock You Out,” is a strong supporter of the low-carb lifestyle and is set to release his first book on fitness with Rodale Books in January 2007 called “LL Cool J’s Platinum Body: Sculpt Your Best Body Ever with Hollywood’s Fittest Star.”

Click here to read more about LL Cool J’s new book which should be just the shot in the arm the low-carb lifestyle will need for a rebirth in 2007 when the book is set to release.
