The Best Post-WLS Diet Is Low-Carb

It’s a little-known secret outside of the inner circles of the weight loss surgery (WLS) community, but the very best way to lose weight and keep it off after being under the knife is actually the low-carb lifestyle.

Doesn’t this kinda beg the question: If you are going to eat low-carb AFTER having WLS, then why don’t you try eating low-carb INSTEAD of WLS? Is that too logical a question to ask? Perhaps I’m just oversimplifying it.
