How Are You Supposed To Eat ‘After’ Low-Carb?

Have you heard the question I posed in the title of this post? I know I have on many occasions and I’ve never really understood why anyone who has seen weight loss success following the low-carb lifestyle would ever want to eat any other way.

bq. Once the weight loss was over, I didn’t even think about the “after” part of low-carb because I quickly realized there’s no “after” with low-carb living! If I’m not supposed to eat low-carb for the rest of my life to keep my weight off, then how the heck am I supposed to eat? AND DON’T YOU DARE SAY LOW-FAT, LOW-CALORIE, OR PORTION-CONTROL DIETS!
