Uh-oh, it’s the dreaded “e” word again. At the very mention of the subject of exercise, most people shut down their brains because they just don’t want to hear about it. This goes for people on the low-carb lifestyle, too.

But the fact is too many Americans are giving this simple addition to their daily routine the short shrift because they have a boatload of excuses for not doing it. However, something rather amazing happens to you when you just make a concerted effort towards making exercise a permanent habit in your life.
