’30-In-30′ Low-Carb Weight Loss Challenge Week 2 Results

The “30-In-30″ Low-Carb Weight Loss Challenge is rolling along swimmingly just finishing up the second week with countless numbers of people who are STILL joining this simple, yet amazing quest to lose 30 pounds in 30 weeks.

Although a couple of weeks have passed since the challenge began, it’s NOT TOO LATE for others to jump on board and commit to losing weight the low-carb way from now through the end of February. I fully expect hundreds, maybe even thousands of people to not only lose 30 pounds by then, but to continue losing long after that if their individual situation calls for it.

As for my Week 2 results, I knew it was going to be difficult to top my startling Week 1 weight loss of 4 pounds, but I did lose another pound this week to bring my total weight loss to 5 pounds in two weeks, which is ALREADY one-sixth of the way to my goal of 30 pounds lost! WOO HOO! This is so much fun and I am confident I WILL succeed.
