Former Low-Carber Accepts ’30-In-30′ Weight Loss Challenge

When I started the “30-In-30″ Low-Carb Weight Loss Challenge back on August 1, my one simple goal was to lose 30 pounds in 30 weeks and urge others who need to lose weight to join me.

To date, many people have taken me up on my challenge and are doing fantastic. But one man took me up on the challenge weeks ago and just let me know about it this week.

A former 320-pound man who lost 64 pounds on the Atkins diet in 2003-2004, he allowed the weight to stall out on him. Battled, discouraged, and wanting to get serious about his low-carb lifestyle again, he decided to start Regina Wilshire’s omega diet to help him out. The results have been amazing.
