I'm not so sure I'm ready to do this yet, but I found the concept extremely fascinating.
In my segment of this week's Heath Hacks Podcast I discuss using photos and videos of the old you to encourage you when you feel like you haven't accomplished anything in your weight loss. Looking back helps keep you focused as you move forward.
