’30-In-30′ Weight Loss At 25 Pounds In Ten Weeks

For those of you who have been keeping up with the “30-In-30″ Low-Carb Weight Loss Challenge, I just wanted to share with you that are now one-third of the way with ten weeks under our belt now. Hundreds, maybe thousands, are participating in this simple challenge to lose 30 pounds in 30 weeks from all across the United States and around the world.

My original personal weight loss goal of 210 pounds is well within reach now that I have lost 25 pounds since August 1st, a 2 1/2-pound weight loss average! That goal has now been adjusted to 199 pounds (so now it’s “41-In-30″ for me!) which is only 16 more pounds to lose over the next 20 weeks. VERY attainable!

If you are participating in my “30-In-30″ challenge, then please feel free to share your progress at the “30-In-30″ blog to encourage others with your success.
