How Can Chow Study The Effects Of The Atkins Diet In Just Three Days?

Have you heard about the latest research on the Atkins diet coming out of Australia? Hold on to your hats, folks, because the anti-low-carb propaganda machine is in full force with this latest study.

Lead researcher Dr. Chin Moi Chow, senior lecturer in the School of Exercise and Sport Science of The University of Sydney in Australia, claims that she observed 15 people on the Atkins diet over a THREE-DAY period and noticed that the study participants experienced more mood swings, fatigue and even extreme dreams allegedly as a result of being on a low-carb diet.

There was much more in the study, but Dr. Chow concluded “the side effects [of the Atkins diet] are so bad that they seriously affect your life” and even “could be fatal.”

Sorta makes you wanna run out and get on the low-carb lifestyle right away, doesn’t it? But the negative reaction that people are having to this study is exactly why this was released as yet another way to malign and destroy this amazing way of eating that has helped millions of people lose weight and get healthy.

Let me interject some of my own personal anectdotal experience about the first few days of my Atkins diet.

But is this a reason to NOT start a low-carb plan? Heck no! Had I given up, then I would never tasted the thrill of an enormous weight loss and vastly improved health. My life was RADICALLY changed for the better because of the Atkins diet.
