Nab A Dab Of Nutritional Science At The ‘Low-Carb Lab’

Sometimes change is needed and blogging is no different.

For my blogging friend Suzique, she battled with herself about what to do with her always-engaging and thought-provoking low-carb blog called Waisted In The Wasteland which I had previously featured at my “30-In-30″ Low-Carb Weight Loss Challenge blog a couple of months ago.

But in late September she decided the time had come to pull the plug on that blog to turn her focus more towards the wide body of nutritional research that is coming out about livin’ la vida low-carb. Thus was birthed a brand new blog called “The Low-Carb Lab.”

Suzique is extremely excited about her new blog because she believes it “fills a niche” for people interested in keeping up with the latest low-carb research in an easy-to-understand format. I do my best to do the same whenever I see new research come out as does Regina Wilshire at the “Weight Of The Evidence” blog.

However, Suzique is in a rather unique position because she has close ties to all the latest research with her job and sees all the new research abstracts as they are released. While those can get a little high-brow and feature technical language that can go over most people’s heads, for those of us who aren’t in the scientific community Suzique realizes that and has promised to use those talented writing skils of her to help even non-science people to be able to follow it. In other words, it will be VERY user-friendly! She is already updating quite regularly and I encourage you to check it out!

As you know, the science behind the low-carb lifestyle is getting extremely interesting right now and Suzique will stay on top of it all for you while getting in a comment or two in response. Visit “The Low-Carb Lab” often to stay on top of the very latest low-carb research.

Here are just a few of her enlightening posts about low-carb so far:

1. Most “hunter-gatherer” cultures are carb-intolerant.
2. Healthy options at fast food restaurants negated by fries and soda.
3. Viruses are carried through the body by carbohydrates.

AND THERE’S SO MUCH MORE! You will find yourself looking at every single blog post Suzique has because you will get so caught up in it all. Check back at “The Low-Carb Lab” to see all the latest news and info in the world of low-carb nutritional science.
