Dr. Jonny Bowden gives weight loss keys in new audio series

If you have read my writings for any length of time, then you know I am a HUGE fan of Dr. Jonny Bowden. He is arguably one of the top voices of reason in the world of weight loss today because he is unafraid to tell you what you need to hear and not just say what you want to hear when it comes to the all-important subject of weight loss. In other words, he keeps it real because he knows that will help you the most if you are struggling with being overweight or obese.

Now he wants to impart those years of knowledge and wisdom to you.
