LOW-CARB TROPICAL KEY LIME PIE
Pie Shell:
1 cup Now Unblanched Almond Flour
1/4 cup Splenda
4 Tablespoons butter, melted
Ingredients for Key Lime Filling:
1/2 cup Thai Kitchen coconut milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1 cup Splenda
1 Tablespoon Expert Foods not/Sugar
3 Egg Yolks
1/2 cup Nellie & Joe's Key West Lime Juice
1 drop green food color, optional
