Ever since deli shop owner Erik Chopin from Islip, New York won Season 3 of the hit NBC reality television show “The Biggest Loser” last week, I haven’t been able to stop thinking about something rather fascinating about his amazing 214-pound weight loss that he now wants to use to help people who are obese to find hope.
