Okay, enough of the Star Wars-speak since I’m not as big a sci-fi fan as my wife Christine is. But I AM an overjoyed and enthusiastic fan of anything having to with livin’ la vida low-carb. Needless to say, I am thoroughly ecstatic about telling you about this new book.
