One of the biggest misconceptions about livin’ la vida low-carb is that you never ever get to enjoy anything sweet because you can’t have sugar anymore. Well, somebody forgot to tell me that because I have yet to go a day on my low-carb lifestyle without having some kind of sweet treat to help keep me on the straight and narrow. The proof is in the pudding (low-carb, of course!). It’s no coincidence I’ve kept my weight off for three years and counting. :)
