The Perfect Chocolate Fudge For Your Low-Carb Diet

Tasty and firm ready-to-eat low-carb fudge without sugar alcohols

Fudge was a household tradition in my family when I was growing up. Especially around the holidays, my momma used to whip up a big batch of homemade fudge to ship to friends and loved ones as well as for our immediate family to enjoy. It’s such a shame that this sugary, high-carb food has to be so unhealthy for you to eat when you start livin’ la vida low-carb.

So, in my quest to find a low-carb version of fudge, let me tell you how disappointed I was in most of them. They were either too soft (who likes a squishy block of fudge), tasted awful (needs to be a rich, flavorful hunk of chocolate), or were too artificial (you gotta make fudge homemade and not in a chemical lab). UGH!

Can’t somebody come up with an authentically great-tasting low-carb fudge that tastes like the stuff momma used to make? Uh-huh and it’s from our friends at Dixie Diner yet again. They call it Carb Counters Ready-to-Eat Fudge and I have to tell you I’m quite impressed! This fudge is just the way I remembered it as a child, but even better!
