AOL Has A Weekly Low-Carb Cooking Chat Session

FOOD Magic along with F00D Angel–low-carb cooking goddesses!

Do you like to cook when you are livin’ la vida low-carb or do you feel you could use some help in the kitchen to spruce up that menu of yours? While there are some excellent low-carb cookbooks from authors like Dana Carpender, Fran McCullough, and Jan McCracken, some people prefer to have an interactive conversation when it comes to gettin’ your hands dirty whipping up tasty low-carb dishes.

If that’s you, then you’ll be thrilled to learn more about Magic’s Low-Carb Cook’s Nook Chat featured on America Online (AOL) as well as AOL Instant Messenger (AIM) on Thursday nights from 9-11pm EST.

FOOD Magic as well as her sidekick F00D Angel entertain and answer questions from the people who pop in and out of the chat over the two-hour period. You don’t have to stay the entire time, but you might find you want to if you enjoy it!

Also, keep in mind that you don’t need to have AOL or AIM to get into the chat room, but you can download them for FREE at AOL.com or AIM.com. It’s EASY to sign up so you can take part in the chat this coming Thursday!

Magic’s Low-Carb Cook’s Nook Chat brings up a very diverse series of low-carb topics each week. Some of the most recent ones that caught my eye include low-carbing on a budget, cooking low-carb Italian food, and even some low-carb Mexican food. I can see this chat group is a happening place to be on Thursday nights, so drop in on them this week.

To receive an e-mail reminder about the upcoming chat, simply drop a quick note to FOODMagic@aol.com and let her know you wanna join! Be sure to tell Magic that “Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Man” Jimmy Moore sent ya! :)
