Yellow Journalism Uncalled For With Dietary Research

Posted by Jimmy Moore on August 2 in Health

Nothing is more frustrating than to see a headline like this one which completely distorts what REAL livin' la vida low-carb is all about. It's journalistic dishonesty to run a story like that when the scientific facts call into question the integrity of the "news" presented to the public.

In Episode 74 of "The Livin' La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore," I personally respond to that column by sharing from two excellent research studies published in major scientific journals which completely debunk and discredit the false assertions made by the columnist who wrote the article as well as the researcher who presented incomplete data.

I'm truly amazed that people who purport to be objective journalists can write such tainted columns about the low-carb diet. I suppose it has become somewhat of an inside joke with these media elites over the past few years to try to discredit and damage something that medical science is proving to be a healthy way to eat and live. For the life of me, I can't understand why.

With evidence like this and this, how can anyone STILL make the claim that livin' la vida low-carb is unhealthy for heart health? Oh, there will always be those who will be that bombastic and brainless, but how can you argue with the evidence? How do you handle those who throw such extreme positions about low-carb diets at you?

Share what you think and let's talk about it at the podcast web site. THANKS for making this the #1 most-listened to low-carb podcast show on the Internet today! :)
