The Calorie Restriction Society promotes lower and lower calories

Is it an ongoing debate within health circles–should you be eating a low-calorie diet for health and weight loss? Some groups like the Calorie Restriction Society believe the lower the better. Your weight and health can be managed and improved as well as lengthen life itself, they claim. They even have a study to back them up.

We take a closer look at this study in Episode 88 of “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore.” Does it have merit or is it just blowing wind up the skirts of those who want to believe restricting their calories and portions is the ONLY way to go?
