Nadine Saubers shares her personal journey of overcoming chronic fatigue

Fatigue is such a misunderstood condition that most people just think they’re getting older, working too hard, and SHOULD feel exhausted all the time. But if you are getting a full night’s worth of sleep and wake up tired, then you may have what is referred to clinically as chronic fatigue syndrome. My podcast interview guest says there are some warning signs to look for if you suspect you might have this condition and she talks about those in today’s show.

In Episode 221 of “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore,” I was privileged to interview Nadine Saubers who suffered with chronic fatigue for more than 20 years before FINALLY figuring out what it was. She is the author of a new book called The Complete Idiot’s Guide To Fighting Fatigue where she explains why people get chronically fatigued and what they can do about it. Nadine offers some practical and helpful tips to give your body the rest it needs to prevent fatigue and tiredness, including eating right, enjoying life, exercise, taking supplements, and laughing a bit each day. Listen and enjoy today’s interview.
