Esther Blum has all the secrets to looking and feeling “gorgeous”

One of the highest compliments you could ever give a woman is to describe her as “gorgeous.” There’s just something about the sound of that word that’s music to the ears of the female population like none other. Although our culture’s interpretation of what defines being sexy, hot, or “gorgeous” can be severely convoluted, not everyone embraces the unhealthy, ultra-thin, Hollywood model for looking this way. Today’s podcast guest is one such person who is proudly sharing her “secrets” for looking good and being as healthy as you can.

In Episode 243 of “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore,” we hear from registered dietitian and holistic nutritionist Esther Blum, author of a brand new book entitled Secrets of Gorgeous: Hundreds of Ways to Live Well While Living It Up.
