Dr. Adam Shafran and Lee Kantor believe in a “fun” health show

When I was interested in starting up my podcast show a few years back, I didn’t have a clue about how to do something like this. I knew I wanted to communicate positive health messages but it wasn’t until I appeared as a guest on another radio/podcast show in 2007 that I realized what they were doing was the exact style I wanted to have for my own show. They inspired me so much so that I have the co-hosts of that podcast show with us here today for a hilariously engaging interview.

In Episode 250 of “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore,” we have the free-willing antics of “Dr. Fitness And The Fat Guy” comprised of Atlanta chiropractor Dr. Adam Shafran and Lee Kantor. These two guys are amazing edutainers because they like to have a good time while sharing some important information to help people wanting to live healthier lifestyles. Hear them talk about the purpose of their show, the famous people they have had the privilege of interviewing, the book they co-wrote in 2005, and how they help people who desire weight loss.
