PODCAST UPDATE: If you want to get the new episodes as soon as they are posted online while we are still moving all the old archives to our new web site, then sign up for the new site feed to access “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore” in iTunes and other outlets. I signed up to see if the new shows would be downloaded although they’re not showing up at the iTunes page for the show–and they do! THANKS again for your patience as we work through this big move.

You’ve seen him on YouTube, now hear him on my podcast show!

One of the coolest parts of sharing about healthy low-carb living on the Internet is when you find like-minded people who are also out there spreading the TRUTH about nutrition, fitness, and health. I’m constantly looking for those people who are communicating the high-fat, low-carb message passionately and in an entertaining manner to join forces to get the word out there even more. And YouTube is brimming with a whole slew of people like this, including someone you’ve probably seen a time or two with his engaging video series–Sean Croxton from Underground Wellness.

I thoroughly enjoy enthusiasm and passion from someone like Sean because it is just so infectious. How can you NOT get excited about healthy living after watching a video like this? In Episode 260 of “The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore,” we are graced with the presence of the gotta-love-him-Croxton to talk honestly about such subjects as fruit juice, saturated fat, cholesterol, carb-loading for athletes, eggs, and much more! You’ll hear Sean talk about how he got interested in health, why he had it wrong when he first started, how adrenal glands are tied to obesity and disease, why cardio exercise is futile, the fortuitous circumstances behind why he started his popular YouTube video series, how he deals with the critics, why a Paleo-type diet is best, his new podcast show, the work he does with his clients to help make them well, and a sample menu of what he actually eats on a daily basis. This is definitely one hour that will be well worth your time to listen to. You can’t help but love this guy because he is one of the nicest, most genuine people in the low-carb community and I’m so happy to share his work with you in today’s interview!

We are in a transitionary period for the podcast show right now, so I need your help! With new shows not being updated on iTunes for at least a few more weeks, I would love to have your assistance promoting the podcast there. Go to the iTunes page for my podcast and write a review about the show. THANK YOU to all of you who have already done this because it has helped keep the show in front of an audience of people who need to hear the message we share. I’d love to push the total number of reviews over 100 to make a REAL statement. Just a quick moment of your time will make a real difference!
