Cilantro, the most polarizing herb

Cilantro can be a great way to add a low (almost no!) carb flavor boost to many dishes. Popular in Latin American and Asian cuisine, cilantro has been catching on in the US over the past couple of years. How is cilantro polarizing? Despite its popularity there are a minority of people who can’t taste all of the herb’s flavors and report that it tastes like soap. For the rest of us it’s an essential addition to salsas, salads and more.
