Nina Planck has lots of “real food” tips for pregnancy and babies

A few weeks back, Christine and I recorded this YouTube video about the real foods that are available to you like real grass-fed beef, pastured eggs, locally-grown organic veggies, and raw milk. When you eat these higher-quality foods as part of your healthy low-carb lifestyle, there’s just something good about the knowledge of knowing you are eating the best foods you possibly can. One of the biggest advocates for this way of eating is here today for an interview to talk about incorporating these delicious “real foods” into your diet, especially when you are pregnant or have a new baby in your home.
