Former Atkins associate opens health center

Dr. Keith Berkowitz, who was the personal doctor of Dr. Atkins, is opening a diet and health center in Rockefeller Center. The Center for Balanced Health will combine the Atkins diet with Berkowitz’s personal beliefs.
